How do I know my order went through?
After you place an order with Kathy's Klutter, you will receive two email messages -- and order confirmation email message and a shipping notification email message.

The first message will confirm that we received your order. The second will let you know that your order has been shipped.

How can I track my order?
The shipping notification email message contains the name of the carrier handling your package and a tracking number (if available). Once you receive this message, click on the appropriate link below, or type the URL for UPS(www.ups.com) or the United States Postal Service (www.usps.com) into your browser. Follow the instructions, and type your tracking number in the correct field to get a status report on your order.

For UPS(United Parcel Service) orders, go to
www.ups.com.

For United States Postal Service (USPS) orders, go to www.usps.com.

Please note that your tracking information may not be available until at least one (1) business day after you receive your shipping notification message.

What if I did not receive (or lost/deleted) a shipping notification email message?
If you failed to receive a shipping confirmation email or you have misplaced the order tracking number, please feel free to give us a call at 1-770-775-3246. We'll make every effort to get you the information you need.

Returns or exchanges are never a problem. Just return the product that you purchased in its original unused condition within 15 days and we will issue a prompt refund for the full price of the merchandise (less shipping). For purchases made with credit cards, a credit will be issued to the credit card billed. If you need an extended time for possibly returning an item, such as for gift giving and the upcoming Holiday Season, please contact me prior to ordering and let me know. We will be more then happy to work with you. However, if I have not heard from you, the 15 day period will still apply. For purchases made with checks, a check will be drafted and mailed to the customer 14 days after their check has cleared our bank.

Our secure server accepts Visa, MasterCard, Money Orders and Checks. For fastest delivery, purchase your order with a credit card over the Internet. Orders purchased with a Cashiers check or Money Order will be shipped upon receipt. Orders purchased by check will be held 11 business days after deposit, for the funds to clear.

If you'd like to cancel or change an order for any reason, please call 1-770-775-3246, as soon as possible. We'll do everything we can to accommodate your request. Please bear in mind that our order-fulfillment system is designed to get orders shipped and on their way to our customers quickly and efficiently. As a result, we cannot change or cancel an order once it has already entered the shipping process.
